“I really wanted to do something different with this arrangement of ‘O Holy Night,’” Said Herndon. “I called Crystal and she happened to be in town and I said ‘let’s experiment.’ I am so glad we did; the song is fresh and powerful.”

Herndon and Lewis paired the release of the track with an official music video. View the video here. On Saturday, Dec. 1, Herndon will debut the song at the Nashville Christmas Parade. Hosted by Kid Rock, the parade will be broadcasted live on News 2 (WKRN) from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. The parade will also air again on Dec. 2 from noon to 2 p.m.Tickets for the parade are available here

These new tracks are only the start of what Herndon has planned for the coming year. In January, the multi-talented vocalist will be releasing a covers album which will include re-imagined and re-cut versions of five of his chart-topping singles, as well as a blues version of “Delta Dawn” by Tanya Tucker.
