THE PALM RESTAURANTS Host Unique, Five-Course Valentine’s Day Dinner Experience

THE PALM RESTAURANTS host Unique, Five-Course Valentine’s Day Dinner Experience on Sunday, February 14 in Partnership with GARRISON BROTHERS and INTERCEPT WINES

Available for Dine-in or At-Home at 18 Palm Locations Nationwide

The Palm Restaurants is excited to host a unique Valentine’s Day culinary experience on Sunday, February 14 where guests can dine-in or enjoy the event virtually in the comfort of their own home. The special evening is set as a five-course chef-driven dinner with perfectly paired drinks handcrafted with award-winning Garrison Brothers bourbon and wine by Charlie Woodson’s Intercept Wines.

Beginning at 7pm CST, this ticketed experience is hosted at 18 Palm locations nationwide – 16 of which are offering both dine-in and virtual options, with Miami and Huntting Inn locations offering the virtual experience only.

The Palm’s five-course, curated menu includes features like Roasted Baby Potatoes Filled with Bacon and Bleu Cheese, Quail Lollipops paired with The Zone Blitz, a wine float cocktail made with Garrison Brothers and Intercept Cabernet Sauvignon, Bourbon Collard Greens Salad, Kona Crusted Filet and Shrimp, and Deconstructed Toasted S’mores paired with The Palm Single Barrel Bourbon by Garrison Brothers and a glass of Intercept Cabernet.

Garrison Brothers, the award-winning Texas bourbon, is a featured partner at The Palm. Every year, The Palm hand selects exclusive barrels to be served on their menus across all locations. Every expression of Garrison Brothers bourbon is made from a sweet mash bill and barrel-aged in the intense Texas climate. The extreme heat creates multiple aging seasons in a year, resulting in a darker, richer, and fuller bourbon; bolder than almost any other bourbon on the market.

Intercept Wines, founded by former NFL player, Heisman Trophy winner, and recent nominee for The Pro Football Hall of Fame, Charles Woodson, is a California wine made in Paso Robles. Intercept’s winemaker Amanda Gorter’s relentless dedication to the craft and creativity in winemaking transforms hand-selected grapes from Paso and Monterey vineyards into our award-winning line of Intercept Wines.

Ticket prices are based on dining for two and may vary depending on your menu selections. Virtual Valentine’s Day for two begins at $325 and dine-in for $350. At The Palm Orlando location the team is offering added experiences for both in-person and virtual including a special meet + greet with Garrison Brothers’ Charlie Garrison as well as Heisman Trophy Winner Charles Woodson from Intercept Wines. Guests will receive a boot flask of Garrison Brothers bourbon and a bottle of Intercept signed by Charles Woodson. These tickets are $500.

Tickets can be purchased at this link: https://www.thepalm.com/event/Valentines/. For virtual ticket purchases, guests should select the closest city to where they live, as that’s where the prepared dinner will be available for pickup.
