The Continental is now offering their housemade, one-of-a-kind pastries to-go! These Pastry Boxes include Pastry Chef Keaton Vasek’s choice assortment of four seasonal, artisanal confections for $25.00 and are a perfect on-the-go option for Grand Hyatt hotel guests or those with a sweet tooth.
The pastry menu changes seasonally, but current standouts include the Butternut Passionfruit Carmel Doughnut, Banoffee Cruffin, and Caramelized Onion & Gruyere Quiche. Guests can also order any of the pastries while dining in for brunch, which will be available starting at 10am until 2pm on Saturdays and Sundays in April.
