Tenille Arts Shares Excitement For Performing Her #1 Song For Fans at Upcoming Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam

What are you looking forward to most playing the Gulf Coast Jam? I'm looking forward to seeing all of the fans and playing my #1 song for the first time on the road!

What song are you most excited for old and new fans to hear? I'm really excited to play "Somebody Like That" and my new single "Back Then, Right Now". I'll also be debuting some brand new songs from my upcoming album!

Do you plan on catching any other performances while at the festival? Definitely! I'm looking forward to seeing Luke Bryan and Brad Paisley. I'll be there for the whole festival if I can. I've been dying to get back to a live show!

You are sharing the stage with a lot of great acts at Gulf Coast Jam! Looking into the future, which artists would you like to perform and collaborate with? I would love to collaborate with any of the artists on the lineup! I would also love to collaborate with Lady A or Maren Morris!

You have built quite a fan following on social media and through touring. How do you stay connected with your fans? Especially during a year without touring or concerts? I stayed connected with my fans by going live on Instagram and Facebook and sharing new music with them!

You are also quite the songwriter, what do you do for inspiration when you sit down to write a song and it seems that nothing is coming to you? For my new album, I've been actually looking back on my teenage years and my early 20's a lot. So many of the new songs are ones that I wish I had back then. It's been a really inspiring time!

You are such an inspiration and role model to all girls of all ages. How does that feel and do you have any advice that you were maybe given that you would like to pass on? It feels great but it's also a lot of pressure! I love my fans and try to share my stories in hopes that it makes them feel better about themselves. My advice would be to be yourself. It's a hard thing to do with social media right now, but you just have to surround yourself with people that love you for who you are!

I must say we also absolutely love your outfits. Where do you shop? Thanks so much!! I shop everywhere! Most of my show clothes are from random online stores, but my favorite place to shop right now is Zara. It has a good mix of regular clothes and stage clothes!

Who designs your stage outfits? For the most part, I dress myself right now or my stylist Krista Roser does, but I'm super excited to start designing my tour outfits with her and a few different designers!

Is there anything you wished would come back into fashion? I'm a big fan of everything from the 90's and early 2000's so I feel like that's all coming back. I can tell you what I don't want to come back, and that's low rise pants. They are the worst!

Is there anything coming up for you that you’d like to share? My new album is my main focus right now, and touring as it starts to ramp back up. I can't wait to hug the fans and thank the people that have made this past year so incredible for me!
