As a prelude to the anticipated opening of Sean Brock’s modern tasting menu concept, June, we’re excited to share with you news of the 5-part guest chef dinner series launching today, called The Nashville Sessions, as part of our forthcoming opening.
The event series kicks off on March 5th and continues through early May as a celebration of culinary collaboration and creativity. Here, Sean has partnered with some of the best chefs in the country for a one-of-a-kind, multi-course tasting experience.
Tickets for the first dinner with Daniel Patterson are now available on Resy HERE, and tickets for the upcoming dinners will go on sale one month in advance of each chef's event date.
The full line-up of events includes:
March 5th — Daniel Patterson (Coi)
March 19th — Dominque Crenn (Atelier Crenn)
March 26th — Shola Olunloyo (Studio Kitchen)
April 9th — Wylie Dufresne (formerly of WD-50)
May 7th – John Shields (Smyth & Loyalist)
Each dinner is only open to just 32 seats and pricing is $385++ per person; $200++ per person for optional beverage pairing.
While the dinner series will be a sneak peek into the cuisine of June, Sean is also saving a lot of the intricacies of the menu for the restaurant’s opening, slated in late spring 2022.
More on June:
June is a modern dining concept offering a unique tasting menu format that curiously explores the possibilities of ingredients indigenous to the American South. Located in McFerrin Park in East Nashville, June is connected to a state-of-the-art Research & Development Lab, which was built with flavor extraction and concentration in mind. Using only the best available products, Sean Brock and his team will push themselves to create new dishes and explore the possibilities of Southern ingredients and traditions in new ways.
