Hendrick’s Gin Martini

5 parts Hendrick’s Gin

1 part Dry Vermouth

Combine Hendrick’s and vermouth in a mixing glass with a good amount of ice. Stir smoothly for twenty seconds or until the mixture is very cold, then strain into a chilled martini glass. Express the oils of a lemon peel over the glass and then discard said peel. Garnish with a slice of freshly cut cucumber.
