National Cheeseball Day



1 8 ounces pack of cream cheese, softened

8 ounces of blue cheese

1/4 cup of melted butter

2/3 cups of drained and chopped green olives

1 Tbsp. of chopped chives

1/3 cup of chopped walnuts (optional-toast them)


1. Blend all ingredients.


2. Place on plastic food wrap and form into a ball.


3. Chill well. Press 1/3 cups chopped walnuts over ball.


4. Serve with melba toast or crackers.
