Nashville Zoo's popular 5K Zoo Run Run is only two weeks away scheduled for Jan. 26. The annual 5K takes participants past habitats throughout the Zoo and along roads and trails not normally accessed by the public. Families and children are encouraged to bundle up and hit the trail. Strollers with all-terrain tires are recommended.
Nashville Zoo will close to the public at 1 p.m. on Jan. 26 to prepare for Zoo Run Run. Registration and check-in begins at 1:30 p.m., and the race starts at 3 p.m. Snacks and adult beverages (age 21+ only) will be available after the race.
Regular registration (Jan. 1- Jan. 24 at noon) is $42 per adult and $20 for children (ages 5-12). Children ages 4 years old and younger are free. Week-of race registration is $50 per adult and $25 for children (ages 5-12). For more information or to register, visit our website.
All proceeds from the Zoo Run Run help fund Zoo operations, including providing education programs for children, feeding our collection of more than 2,300 animals and keeping our Zoo safe and clean for our visitors.
