Chef Bryan Lee Weaver and restaurateur Michael Shemtov of Butcher & Bee, opens Redheaded Stranger in East Nashville featuring traditional Southwestern dishes with a focus on breakfast and lunch fare (dinner service will be added in the coming months) available for both dine-in and to-go. The restaurant also boasts a full bar and locally roasted coffee from Stay Golden.
In addition to tacos, the menu also features a classic breakfast burrito complete with chorizo, green chile sauce, pepperjack, crispy hash browns, and scrambled eggs, as well as a green chile cheeseburger, queso served with fresh house-made tortillas, and an assorted selection of daily specials.
Redheaded Stranger will be open Monday-Friday, 8am to 3pm with weekend hours to come in the near future.
