Metro Diner Set to Open Madison, TN Location on Gallatin Pike Offering Serious Diner Food

Diner to Hire Over 100 Madison-area residents and Host Sneak Peek Events for Charity

A warm welcome and indulgent comfort foods are just some of the memorable moments that guests will experience as they walk through the doors of the newest Metro Diner in Madison on Tuesday, April 16. Just ask Guy Fieri who featured the diner in an episode of Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives. The 4,300-sq. ft. eatery will open at 2315 Gallatin Pike North featuring a menu of everyone’s favorite diner classics. Serving all day breakfast, lunch and dinner, the diner will indulge the taste buds with new twists on traditional dishes and offer beer, wine, Bloody Marys, a coffee bar and a variety of hand-dipped milkshakes.

“We are excited to offer a true diner experience without guests having to drive to downtown Nashville, while providing them with warm welcoming service, making diners feel right at home,” said Gallatin Pike Metro Diner Managing Partner Richard Cieslinski. “Metro Diner is known as the place where ‘the locals eat’ and we hope to be the new go-to destination where our Madison diners turn into regulars.”

Metro Diner features daily blackboard specials with quality ingredients and a made-from-scratch kitchen that also serves gluten-friendly options. Dishes include comfort food favorites like Fried Chicken & Waffles, the diner’s acclaimed Meatloaf Plate, Biscuits & Sausage Gravy, the Cooking Channel’s Cheap Eats featured Jumbo Chicken Pot Pie and the Pulled Pork Mac Stack – a half-pound of BBQ pulled pork piled over creamy macaroni & cheese and a cheddar cornbread waffle topped with maple butter. Large portion sizes enable guests to enjoy a delicious meal at a great value, with most dishes priced under $15. The diner will feature indoor seating for 130 guests and will be open from 7 a.m. - 9 p.m. daily.

The Madison community is invited to celebrate the arrival of Metro Diner by reserving a spot during the special pre-opening charity events. All donations will benefit the Goodlettsville Soccer MTFC on Saturday, April 13, who is committed to providing a fun and educational atmosphere for the development of youth soccer players from Sumner, Davidson, Robertson and surrounding counties in middle Tennessee. On Sunday, April 14, all donations will benefit The Humane Society of Sumner County, an organization that promotes the humane treatment of abandoned, lost, and displaced animals. Guests who provide a donation will receive a sneak peek of the new eatery and enjoy Metro Diner favorites. Reservations can be made for the fundraisers from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. or 4 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. by calling the diner reservation line at 615-239-5581.

Metro Diner is hiring over 100 Madison-area residents. Applications to join the team are being accepted for all positions including servers, hosts, cooks and kitchen staff. Metro Diner provides a team atmosphere with long-term career growth opportunities and competitive compensation.
