FRASER WATT RELEASES NEW SINGLE "BETWEEN ENEMY LINES"

Nashville-based Pop singer/songwriter Fraser Watt recently released his new single “Between Enemy Lines.” You can listen to the song HERE! With heart-wrenching lyrics like let's just go somewhere, where ain't nobody gonna find us there, but you've got plans of your own, it's the end for us, Fraser gives a very moving performance highlighted with a velvety, vibrant vocal.

Between Enemy Lines is a conversation with myself about a relationship that never materialized," Fraser explains. "My angels & demons in my conscience are trying to win the spotlight to make my mind up about this girl. Inevitably this is why this relationship remains a fantasy. Because I am too insecure and scared to act on it. I know I’m not alone in this confusing mind-state. I’m so excited to be releasing my second single and hope it instills some comfort with listeners to know it is not an uncommon feeling." About Fraser Watt: Fraser Watt is back with his second single! Having been in lockdown for some months now, the Berklee grad has had time to craft more and more music. While quarantine isn’t for everyone, it has definitely given Fraser the opportunity to dive deeper into his writing and production. He has even continued to work with artists globally through Zoom writes.

Scottish born, Fraser Watt was always inspired by the culture and musical reputation of his home city, Glasgow. He played Tenor and Alto Saxophone from an early age and by his teens, he had taught himself guitar and piano. It wasn’t long before he wrote his first set of songs and soon he was making a name for himself on the local gigging scene. Accepted into the world's most prestigious Contemporary Music School, Berklee in Boston, Massachusetts, Fraser immersed himself in a variety of genres, which brought about all kinds of projects and collaborations with other fresh talent. Fraser graduated in summer 2019 armed with a degree in Music Production & Engineering, over 100 original songs and a track with friend Gus Dapperton that, to date, has amassed a quarter of a million streams.

An innovative and creative musician, writing for himself wasn’t enough to satisfy Fraser. He set about writing and producing for other artists on his move to Nashville last year. Collaborations include: Jeff Cohen, Jenn Bostic, Donna Taggart, Gus Dapperton, Will Irvine (Hunter & The Bear), Ben Earle (The Shires), Dede Kimble and his sister, UK based artist Kerri Watt. His vocals have been heard on soundtracks for UK Sky Sports, BBC’s Wimbledon 2019 footage and UK soap Eastenders.

Fraser is continuing to create music following his first solo release "Where Do I Go"so you can be sure to expect more from the young Scot throughout the year! With diverse influences including Lauv, Demi Lovato, Coldplay and fellow Glaswegian Lewis Capaldi, Fraser’s brand new single “Between Enemy Lines” will have you hooked with this emotional love story.
