Here's an event celebrating the art of open fire cooking...with all kinds of cuts of meat, vegetables & pizza (guess who's making that?)...Join me and a hot-shot roster of chefs -- Vivek Surti, Derek Wolf, Hal Holden-Bache, Judith McLoughlin, and David Olson...we'll be firing up food over a wide range of open fire cooking equipment.
