Fall Cocktails For All

Fall Bellini

¾ part spiced syrup*

8-10 parts sparkling champagne

Add ingredients to flute and garnish with Baby’s Breath.


*Spiced Syrup: Bring 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, ½ tsp ground black pepper, 10 cloves, 1 cinnamon stick 2 ½ in, 1 star anise, and 1 peel from an orange. Bring to a boil in a pot. Reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes. Let cool completely. Fine strain and bottle.

Hudson Valley Cooler

½ part fresh lemon juice

¼ part real maple syrup

2 parts fresh apple cider

Apple slices for garnish


Add lemon juice, maple syrup, and Maple Cask Rye to a shaker with ice and shake briefly to combine and chill. Strain over fresh ice cubes into a rocks glass and top with apple cider. Stir to combine and garnish with apple slices.

The Apples & Pears by Allan Roth, Glenfiddich Ambassador

¼ part Drambuie

1 part club soda

1 part non-alcoholic apple cider

½ part fresh lemon juice

2 dashes Angostura bitters

Lemon peel, to garnish


Combine the Glenfiddich 12 Year Old, Drambuie, lemon juice, and bitters. Shake briefly and pour into a flute.  Add club soda and cider. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Honey Bee

1 ½ part Flor de Caña 7

¾ part Fresh Lemon Juice

½ part Honey Syrup (1:1 Honey: Water)

1 Dash Angostura Bitters


Shake first three ingredients with ice in a shaker. Strain into Flute. Top with 1 Part Prosecco
