Located in the historic Werthan factory, Rolf & Daughters offers a casual, vibrant atmosphere that pairs well with its sharable plates, evolving natural wine list, and house cocktails. Since opening in late 2012, Philip Krajeck's Germantown restaurant has been named one of America's Best New Restaurants by Bon Appétit and Esquire magazines. Fun, seasonal, and inventive, the menu highlights local farms and legendary handmade pastas.

I have lived in Nashville a decade and have been wanting to go to Rolf and Daughters for that long. I finally grabbed my girlfriend Miranda and we went this Friday. Our reservation was at 5:15, but we had no trouble being immediately sat at 5pm. Savannah took great care of us all evening making fantastic recommendations and going over each dish. I missed the picture of Sourdough bread with seaweed butter because we devoured it as soon as it arrived. I included the other dishes we chose below. Highlights were the Rigatoni, Heritage pork, and cold brew coffee made in-house. The only downside was we got to full to try the entire menu! But we will be back sooner than another decade!
