The Hillsboro Village restaurant will open this fall
E3 Chophouse welcomes Eric Zizka as the executive chef of its Nashville restaurant, announces owner Adam LaRoche. The Hillsboro Village restaurant, set to open this fall, is an extension of the original E3 Chophouse in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, which was founded in 2013, and the family owned E3 Ranch, headquartered in Fort Scott, Kansas.
Zizka most recently oversaw culinary operations at Nashville restaurants operated by Four Top Hospitality, and brings valuable steakhouse experience to E3 Chophouse through his time at Michael Jordan’s Steakhouse and many years at Oak Steakhouse in the Atlanta, Charleston, and Nashville markets.
The pastry chef for E3 Chophouse Nashville is Katie Garcia-Swann, who spent five years in the pastry kitchens at Omni Hotels and Resorts, and also served as pastry chef at Nashville’s Mockingbird and Lockeland Table restaurants.
The E3 Chophouse Nashville team will be led by general manager Steve Perdue. Perdue’s extensive hospitality experience includes award-winning events, food and beverage manager for Marriott, and director of food and beverage at the Schermerhorn Symphony Center, helping to open the world class symphony center in 2006. He most recently worked as operating partner for Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar in Nashville.
Rounding out the E3 Chophouse Nashville team will be Oleg Bulut, assistant general manager, who managed Nashville establishments Virago, Hutton Hotel, and Sunda; Jennifer McDonnell, events director, whose vast Music City experience includes JW Marriott, Bourbon Steak, City Winery, and Gaylord Opryland resort; and Brooke Sutter, beverage curator, a Colorado native who comes to E3 Chophouse Nashville from the Steamboat Springs location and brings more than 18 years’ experience in craft cocktail bars in Denver.
E3 Chophouse Nashville is owned by the families of Adam LaRoche, Jason Aldean and Luke Bryan. The original E3 Chophouse in Steamboat Springs, Colorado is owned by brothers Adam, Andy and Jeff LaRoche.
Located at 1628 21st Avenue South at the corner of Wedgewood Avenue and 21st Avenue, E3 Chophouse Nashville will highlight steaks that come from cattle raised on the family ranch and other E3 certified ranches. They are hand cut in house and made to order. These all-natural, no antibiotics or steroids ever and no added hormone cuts are served with E3’s twist on classic accompaniments. The menu will also feature shareable starters, a bar snack menu, and a full cocktail and wine list.
In addition to E3 Chophouse restaurants, other family projects include E3 Ranch, owned and operated by Adam and Jennifer LaRoche in Fort Scott, Kansas; E3 Meat Company; E3 K9 Performance; E3 Foundation; and Buck Commander (with Willie Robertson) popular hunting show and product line.
The cornerstone of all projects is the E3 Foundation which receives 10% of all E3 net proceeds. The E3 Foundation was founded in 2017 by Adam and Jennifer LaRoche who aim to use the gifts with which they have been blessed to support two important causes: veterans who have spent their lives serving our country and groups fighting against human trafficking.
