House of Cards' Disappearing Act


100% Blue agave tequila - 1.5oz

Spiced orange curaçao - .5oz 

Meyer lemon oleo - 1oz

Sancerre syrup - 1oz

Fresh lime juice - 1oz

Creme de cassis - 1oz 

Locally grown viola blossoms


Skull's Rainbow Room's Skull No. 3


1.5oz tequila

1/2oz strawberry puree

1/2oz passion fruit puree

1/2oz lime juice

Bar spoon of dijon mustard

This variation of our signature Skull's cocktail is for the adventurous. Think of it as a margarita with a kick. The mustard is a fun change from hot sauce you might normally see in cocktails.
