Bourbon & Beyond Announces Bourbon & Culinary Programming, Music Performance Times

Bourbon & Beyond launches in just a few short weeks and festival producers Danny Wimmer Presents have announced the full lineup of bourbon and culinary programming, as well as the daily schedule for the event’s spectacular music lineup, plus additional onsite entertainment and unique food offerings for the World’s Largest Bourbon & Music Festival, September 14-17 at Highland Festival Grounds at Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville.

Limited weekend General Admission and single day GA, plus select single day VIP passes are still available at www.bourbonandbeyond.com.

The festival’s incredible music lineup features Brandi Carlile and Billy Strings on Thursday, The Killers and Duran Duran on Friday, The Black Keys and The Black Crowes on Saturday, and a very special closing night Sunday with Bruno Mars and Blondie, along with many more top artists such as Train, Hozier, The Avett Brothers, Jon Batiste, Ryan Bingham, Spoon, Brittany Howard, Bastille, Midland, Buddy Guy, Wayne Newton, Mavis Staples, First Aid Kit, and Old Crow Medicine Show.

Hosting the culinary demonstrations on the Monogram Culinary Stage are Chef Chris Santos (Chopped), Chef Edward Lee (The Mind of a Chef) and Chef Amanda Freitag (Top Chef, Chopped). They will be joined by renowned chef personalities including Darnell “SuperChef” Ferguson (Louisville native, Food Network’s Superchef Grudge Match), Sara Bradley (Top Chef contestant), special guest Joe Kwon of Avett Brothers, among others.

Bourbon expert Chris Blandford will host The Bourbon Experience on the Kentucky Venues Bourbon Stage and will be joined by special guests including the world’s leading bourbon authority Fred Minnick, Chef Amanda Freitag, actors Ian Somerhalder and Paul Wesley (behind Brother’s Bond Bourbon), actor Graham McTavish (Outlander, Men in Kilts), singer Wayne Newton, country music artist Hailey Whitters and more.
