Adding a unique, late night offering to your list of Nashville “must do’s”, Barcelona Wine Bar Edgehill is gathering guests over an enormous helping of #BarPaella, every single night (starting at 10 p.m. Sun-Thurs and 11 p.m. Fri-Sat). For $5, hungry patrons receive a healthy portion of the offered paella (from squid ink to vegetarian to salvaje and more) when the “paella pan gong” is struck, signifying #BarPaella is ready to be enjoyed at the bar.
Creating a fun, communal dining experience for guests to connect with the Nashville community, Drew McConnel, Edgehill’s GM, created this offering after Barcelona Wine Bar’s immersive R&D trip to Spain. After witnessing Spain’s incredible “bar culture” (specifically in San Sebastian), where Spaniards casually stood around, drinks in one hand and tapas in the other, and mingled with strangers as if they were long-time friends, he introduced this concept in hopes of bringing people together through culinary experiences.
