Americana Music Association® Announces First Round of Performers for AMERICANAFEST® 2019, September 10-15


Almost 300 Artists & Bands to Play Critically Acclaimed Festival in Nashville, TN


Lineup to Include: Jade Bird, Thomas Csorba, The Dip, Hawktail, Drew Holcomb & The Neighbors, The Marcus King Band, Dylan LeBlanc, Delbert McClinton and Self Made Men + Dana, Keb’ Mo’, J.S. The Americana Music Association® announced today the first 115 of close to 300 acts slated to perform at their annual AMERICANAFEST®, which runs from September 10-15 in Nashville, TN.

For the 20th consecutive year, the six-day festival and conference event will once again fill Music City with award-winning legends, trailblazing mainstays and buzz-worthy newcomers, showcasing the breadth of Americana's influence on a global scale. With almost 300 artists and bands participating, the discovery music festival promises to be, as described by MOJO Magazine, the "roots alternative to the GRAMMYs® and South by Southwest."

2019 AMERICANAFEST Festival Wristbands are now on sale to the public at the wallet-friendly price of $90. Available online here, Festival Wristbands allow admission into all evening showcase venues and select sanctioned special events.

2019 Conference Registrations (currently on-sale at the standard rate of $399/$299 for Americana Music Association members) can be purchased here and provide access to the daytime educational conference plus all sanctioned special events while also offering priority admission into all showcase venues. These passes also provide the opportunity for attendees to purchase up to two tickets per registration for the 18th annual Americana Honors & Awards on Wednesday, Sept. 11 at the historic Ryman Auditorium. Honors & Awards show tickets are exclusively available for purchase by Conference Registrants.

Declared a "veritable juggernaut" by American Songwriter, AMERICANAFEST showcases almost 300 artists and bands throughout notable venues in Nashville, TN, including the Mercy Lounge, City Winery, 3rd & Lindsley and The Station Inn, just to name a few. The destination event also features a first-rate industry conference, bringing together the top tier of the music business to discuss current industry topics and issues over panels and workshops. The week of festivities is kicked off by the critically acclaimed Americana Honors & Awards, which celebrates Americana luminaries and welcomes the next generation of trailblazers while offering one-of-a-kind performance pairings at Nashville's famed Ryman Auditorium.
