Return to an exploration of the flavor, culture, and rich diversity of our region's Latin American communities while supporting Latino-owned businesses and enjoying a delicious combination of empanadas, music, and more at the Tennessee Latin American Chamber of Commerce’s 4th Annual Empanada Tasting Event on Wednesday, September 5.

This is a reservation event only - there will be no tickets distributed. Patrons who RSVP will check in at the event.

There is a day of show price increase for this show.

Ticket price includes 4 empanadas, 1 soft drink/water, and 1 dessert.

Tennessee Performing Arts Center and the Tennessee Latin American Chamber of Commerce’s present TLACC’s 4th Annual Empanada Tasting Event on Wednesday, September 5, 2018, at 5:30 p.m. at the historic War Memorial Auditorium. Explore the flavor, culture, and rich diversity of our region’s thriving Latin American communities while supporting Latino-owned businesses and enjoying a delicious variety of empanadas, music, and more.

With each $25 advance ticket, you get four empanadas, a dessert, and a soft drink or water. Additional snacks and drinks will be available from concessions. Hosted at the historic War Memorial Auditorium, this growing celebration of Latino culture also feature lively music, networking, and a chance for you to vote for which empanada should win an audience prize. A limited number of walk-up tickets will be available for $30 on the day of the event.

Proceeds from this event support TLACC, a nonprofit organization headquartered in Nashville which works to be the leading voice on business issues relating to the Latino community across Tennessee. TLACC provides members with the leadership and support required to create opportunities for Latino-owned companies, Latino professionals, and students while opening new markets for non-Latino organizations willing to engage with growing Latino communities. TLACC also establishes programs that advance achievement in education, healthcare, and business development in the Latino communities in Tennessee.

The 4th Annual Empanada Tasting Event is sponsored locally by Nationwide Insurance and AmeriAgency.
