Mark your calendars for a special dinner series from the newly opened 1 Kitchen at 1 Hotel Nashville: A Supper That Sustains Us. The quarterly dinner series, which highlights the restaurant’s local purveyors and beverage partners, kicks off at 6:30pm on Wednesday, Sept. 21 in the 1 Kitchen dining room.
The first event will feature a four-course dinner by Culinary Director Chris Crary, where guests will experience a sneak peek of 1 Kitchen’s upcoming fall menu featuring ingredients from local farm partner, Bloomsbury Farm. While sipping on seasonal signature cocktails from the beverage team, guests can meet and mingle with Lauren Palmer, the owner and farm'her' at Bloomsbury.
